Terms of Service

1. PREAMBLE

This comprehensive Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the User ("User", "You", or "Your") and My Sanji Private Limited ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"), a private limited company duly incorporated under the laws of India and having its registered office in Kerala.

2. DEFINITIONS

• "Application" shall mean the mobile application known as My Sanji, available on iOS and Android platforms, designed for hyperlocal delivery services within the State of Kerala.
• "Services" shall collectively refer to the digital platform facilitating commercial transactions between Users, Merchants, and Delivery Partners.
• "User Content" shall encompass all data, information, text, graphics, or other materials uploaded, transmitted, or generated by Users through the Application.

3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

3.1 Binding Agreement

By accessing, registering, or utilizing the My Sanji Application, You explicitly acknowledge and unconditionally agree to be legally bound by the terms, conditions, notices, and policies enumerated herein.

3.2 User Eligibility

• Users must be legally competent individuals of 18 years or above.
• Corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities are prohibited from creating individual user accounts.
• The Company reserves absolute discretion to verify User eligibility and reject registrations without assigning reasons.

4. SERVICE PARAMETERS

4.1 Geographical Limitations

Services are exclusively operational within the territorial boundaries of Kerala State, India. The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding service availability in specific locations.

5. FINANCIAL TERMS

5.1 Pricing and Payments

• All prices displayed are provisional and subject to modification without prior intimation.
• Pricing shall include applicable taxes and service charges.
• Accepted payment methods include digital wallets, credit/debit cards, and net banking.

6. USER CONDUCT

Users expressly covenant against:

• Engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized transactions
• Transmitting harmful code or malicious content
• Attempting unauthorized access to system infrastructure
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Harassment or abuse of Merchants, Delivery Partners, or other Users

7. LIABILITY DISCLAIMERS

The Company shall not be liable for:

• Merchant product quality or service standards
• Actions of independent Delivery Partners
• Consequential or indirect damages
• Lost profits or business interruption

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kerala and shall proceed through mandatory arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
